Bridgette Hiler attended Concordia University Texas where she received a BA degree in Music. She loves learning and is continuously continuing her education through various programs. Two notable mentions are her Six Sigma Certification and her Brave Leader Recognition.
Bridgette has a diverse professional background ranging from being a small business owner, office administrator, music director, music teacher, and in most recent years in business development as a community engagement leader for a Fortune 300 company. Bridgette met the Kyle's while working as a community engagement leader and immediately they knew that their passions and strengths aligned.
Bridgette's superpower is communication. She is often told that she is the perfect person to have as a “phone friend,” if ever on a game show, because of her remarkable memory. She has a passion for helping others achieve their full potential. She enjoys talking to people and providing a friendly, empathetic, and responsive client experience.
Bridgette is a native Floridian who lives in Southeast Florida with her husband Matt and their three boys. Most weekends you will find them on the water enjoying the Florida sun while snorkeling and fishing.
