"I spoke with Kevin and he explained the whole process. He gave me a possible/probable timeline that turned out to be incredibly accurate. As I went through each of the stages of the process, Kevin helped me to keep a positive attitude and not give up. Kevin's original predictions on how the case would progress were extremely accurate. Before my hearing date, I had a number of phone conversations with Kevin.
