Jean Carlos brings a unique perspective shaped by his experience across the judicial and public sectors in Florida and Utah. His professional background includes serving in the Probate Department of the Osceola Clerk of the Circuit Court, working as a Judicial Assistant with the Utah State Courts, Third Judicial District, and serving with Sandy City, Utah. This experience has provided Jean Carlos with a strong foundation in legal operations, court processes, case management, and client service.

Born in the Dominican Republic and raised between Miami and Davenport, Florida, Jean Carlos developed an appreciation for both vibrant communities and close-knit environments. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of South Florida, further developing his analytical, organizational, and service-oriented approach. 

Outside of work, Jean Carlos has maintained a lifelong fascination with technology and film. He especially enjoys sharing these interests with his family and loved ones and creating memorable experiences with those closest to him.
