"We knew nothing about our foreclosure case after our grandfather died, because we had an irrevocable trust. We got a letter in the mail from Kyle and Kyle just in time, and we were able to stop the foreclosure. Then the mortgage company IGNORED everything we sent in, tried to ignore the attorneys, but they kept on them with the facts and everything we'd sent them proving the home was legally ours and left to us. We are professionals but are not legal scholars, much less versed in the crazy laws in Florida. They got the foreclosure case delayed to prove what we'd been saying all along, then it was dropped. They are finishing up the probate. Our foreclosure case has been dismissed/cancelled, and we are about to finish up assuming a mortgage we've been trying to pay since the death of our loved ones.
